We at DYNAMIC strongly believe that our members are the best assets to the end that we strive towards their continuous growth and development. We have in-house training programs for all the departments. This ensures that each team member gets an opportunity to improve his/her skill set. A special training room has been set up at our workshop in Pirangut that houses all the training facilities. In addition to the classroom training, we also have practical training sessions at the workshop. In addition to this we send our team members abroad for training whenever required, in order to ensure that they are well informed and well versed in the latest market trends, at all times. As the services that we provide require strong maintenance support at sites, we have a very strong maintenance team that constitutes both mechanical and electronic engineers.
